Partnership agreements, 1859-1870.

Articles of agreement, dated 1859 Aug. 2, of joint proporietorship of the journal All the year round, between Dickens and W.H. Wills, with the former as editor and the latter subeditor and general manager. The second contract, dated 1870 May 2, revises the first to replace the retiring Wills with Dickens's son Charles, with all three serving as joint proprietors. Accompanied by two portraits of the elder Dickens and one of Wills.
